While we carry out thorough screening processes, the final decision to hire remains solely with the client family. NannyNB is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or performance of caregivers once they have been hired.

3. Terms of Service

Our placement fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated under our replacement guarantee. The guarantee is valid only when all contractual obligations and requirements have been fulfilled.

4. Disclaimers

The recommended rates provided are estimates only and do not constitute a binding salary agreement. Clients are responsible for independently negotiating compensation terms directly with their chosen caregiver.
